Start

Inquiry and brief

At the beginning, we clarify together what the illustration should achieve, what scope you need, and where it will be used. We also agree on pricing, timeline, and workflow, so everything is clear from day one.

Day 1-3

Project kickoff

After collaboration is confirmed and the deposit is paid (50%), I begin working according to the agreed brief. As soon as I have all materials, we fine-tune direction and process.

Week 1-2

Concept and sketches

I prepare initial direction drafts to confirm we align both in content and visual approach. After the first feedback round, I revise the sketch and, once approved, continue with phase two (40%).

Week 2-5

(depending on project type)

Finalization

I complete final illustrations in the agreed rhythm and scope of the selected package. You stay informed throughout, and I usually respond within 2 business days.

Finish

Delivery

After the final payment (10%), I deliver final files in agreed formats. This also includes clear licensing terms so it is obvious how you can use the illustrations.
